Project Description:
EDC was awarded a contract to design, engineer, and procure a Rail / Coal Yard Blending System by Dominion Power.
EDC furnished a new stockpile reclaim system that can feed directly to the bunkers, or be combined with coal unloaded from the rail car unloading station for the blending of high and low sulfur coal.  The new reclaim system also permits the plant to stockpile and reclaim coal simultaneously.
