Project Description:
EDC was awarded a contract for design, engineering, and procurement of a limestone handling  system for Wisconsin Electric by URS. 

The project involved reclaiming Limestone via two identical chain reclaim feeders rated at 200 TPH each.  One of the chain reclaim feeders has a lump breaker attached to its head end to break up frozen Limestone.  Both feeders deliver Limestone onto 30” Belt Conveyor L-1, which is totally enclosed in a pipe gallery to prevent material spillage and to protect the conveyor from the elements.  Conveyor L-1 feeds in a flop gate, which feeds either directly into Silo #1 or onto 30” Belt Conveyor L-2 for discharge into Silo #2.
